Renting a station at Clip means you’re in charge, not us. We offer a clean, safe, and fully equipped space for you to operate your own private grooming business efficiently and affordably. This setup empowers you to maximize your profits while enjoying the independence you deserve.

  • Enjoy a range of amenities and perks designed for your success, including all utilities covered, high-speed WiFi, and weekly cleaning services. Benefit from a complimentary on-site laundry room and 24/7 security with cameras. You’ll have your own customizable grooming station complete with an electric grooming table, ample storage, and a dryer, as well as shared use of dog washing stations and kennels. Plus, we’ll help promote your business to attract more clients!

  • Keep 100% of your earnings—there’s no commission taken from your profits. You’ll only need to pay your weekly rent. As an independent operator, you’ll also be responsible for managing your own taxes and obtaining business insurance since you’re not an employee.

  • Enjoy complete control over your schedule and work at your convenience. You can access your suite anytime and customize it to reflect your personal style. Just remember to bring your own tools and products, as only the specified amenities and equipment will be provided!
